Payment and Delivery
GRUPO BELLEZA 1987 SL will proceed with shipments once the order has been confirmed and 100% of the amount indicated in the quote has been received.
The transportation service for GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. products, for all shipments, is door-to-door. Upon request from the CLIENT, the transportation service may include unloading our products at the client's facilities, adding the additional cost of unloading to the standard transportation cost.
GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. takes responsibility for damages or losses that occur within its facilities, and will respond to the CLIENT when affected. In order to maximize customer satisfaction, GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. is responsible for losses related to packaging, obvious product damages, errors, or partial/total loss of deliveries, provided they are reported within 24 hours after product delivery and subject to inspection by GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L.. Failure to make such communication will result in GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. not being liable for the mentioned issues.
When defects in the packaging of our products are detected, we request that the CLIENT make a note of it in the delivery document signed by the carrier. Failure to mention it in the delivery receipt to be handed over to the carrier will release GRUPO BELLEZA 1987, S.L. from responsibility for damages suffered by the product related to its transportation, and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
